As we are all volunteers, we operate and manage the fundraising events with low overhead expenses. Through our direct funding of local special needs and foster care programs, the fund is building a stronger foundation and safer environment for those with special needs. Over 90% of the proceeds we raise at our fundraisers are directed towards specific programs.

Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed this organization to make a difference.
The South Shore Children’s Fund is a volunteer organization that was setup to raise funds for local programs for people with developmental disabilities and to provide some holiday gifts for foster children on the South Shore in Massachusetts.
